FAQ

How does bookings work?

To initiate the booking process, our team will discuss the date, time, and location with you. Once details are finalized, we will provide a quote, allowing you to confirm your booking through our online system. A 50% booking fee is required for photoshoots scheduled more than seven days in advance, while full payment is required for sessions within seven days. The remaining balance must be settled on the day of the shoot or before any retouching begins.

How do you capture people?

Our Style: Our photography seamlessly blends fashion-inspired portraits, editorial guidance, and candid documentary moments. We infuse a fine-art touch through meticulous color and tone editing.

Our Focus: We prioritize capturing the raw emotions and unique details that make your shoot unforgettable.

Where are you based and do you travel?

While based in Durban, we are happy to travel. Please note that travel fees may apply for destinations outside of Durban, with the specific amount depending on the location.

Do you have a studio?

Regretfully not. We specialize in on-location shoots, so we travel to you and use the environments nearby.

Do you source locations?

We do not arrange the bookings for venues and locations. We would recommend popular venues, thereafter you would proceed with the arrangements.

What if we need to postpone our shoot session?

Shoot sessions can be postponed for any reason without incurring any fees, especially during bad weather or illness. Sessions must be postponed at least a day in advance, to a date not exceeding 3 months from the original proposed date.

Do we get all the images from our shoot session?

Unfortunately, no. Our style relies on multiple light sources and creative techniques, making post-capture retouching an essential part of our workflow. This process takes time to ensure the best results.

How long does a photoshoot session take?

For 1-2 people the photoshoot duration could be as short as 30 minutes, with a maximum duration of 1 hour. Large groups of people could take as long as 2 hours.

Do you direct poses?

Absolutely! We love bringing creativity to every session. Feel free to bring pose ideas or inspiration if you have a specific style in mind.
